Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate accurate and timely quotations for sales.
  • Process government and legal matters, including BIR, SEC registration, and business permit renewals.
  • Manage company assets, track inventory, and monitor asset movement.
  • Ensure utilities are functioning properly and monthly bills are paid on time.
  • Process requisitions for supplies, equipment, and marketing materials.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure the best prices and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quick learner with ability to work independently.
  • Able to perform field work as needed.
Work Conditions:
  • Full-time and on-site only.
  • Quezon City location.
  • Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm.
