The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and tax-related processes, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role is crucial in handling the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payroll functions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AR/AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Manage payroll processing using Patriot Payroll and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Utilize Tax Dome CRM to track and manage client financial data.
  • Assist with tax preparation and reporting using Drake Tax Software.
  • Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal and client use.
  • Collaborate with the tax and accounting team to ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax-related functions.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Tax Dome CRM, Patriot Payroll, and Drake Tax Software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR/AP management, and payroll processing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
