This full-time position based in Manila involves:

  • Developing marketing strategies to increase lead generation and conversion
  • Designing digital marketing collateral, including social media ads and campaigns
  • Monitoring lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives
  • Achieving revenue targets through consultations and customized programs
  • Forging partnerships with associated businesses and organizations
  • Working with teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods
  • Engaging in outreach activities and presenting at school talks and careers expos
  • Collaborating with sales teams

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent job experience
  • Experience with industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of project management and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong storytelling skills and public speaking experience
  • Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application process
