Job Title:

Social Media Content Creator

Job Description:

  • Develop creative and engaging visual concepts to inspire, inform, or encourage the audience.
  • Create content for multiple platforms such as social media, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for posting.
  • Collaborate with team members to follow an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize online visibility.
  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Excellent content creation skills demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  • Experience in Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, or BPO is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Graphic Designing skills: proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Video Editing skills: expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and other video editing software.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM systems.
  • Expertise in handling different social media platforms and online communication tools.
  • Ability to handle phone, email, and instant messaging communication platforms.
  • Adaptable to new responsibilities and able to work independently.
  • Team player with excellent time management skills.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with at least i3/Core i5 processor or equivalent AMD processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Internet connection: Wired connection with minimum 10 Mbps speed.
  • Software: Microsoft Office, PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom, and other relevant applications.
