We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Content Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research on social media trends and customer behavior to create relevant content.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the market.
  • Assist in updating the Content Calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and strategic content distribution.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for our social media platforms and monitor these KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Assist in creating and/or editing engaging videos and other multimedia content
  • Assist during off-site video shoots
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing Services Team to align social media activities with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Handle administrative tasks given by the Strategy and Operations Assistant Manager.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online trends.
  • Basic to Intermediate understanding of videography principles.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer behavior.
  • Experience with social media metrics and analyzing KPIs
  • Ability to create and manage content calendars.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Copywriting skills are a plus
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to assist with administrative tasks as needed
