Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized specialist to support our marketing efforts. This role involves working with existing Canva templates to produce marketing materials and efficiently edit videos for various digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create custom Canva designs for marketing materials, social media posts, real estate flyers, and presentations by modifying pre-designed templates.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials by following established design guidelines.
  • Optimize graphics for different digital and print platforms.
  • Organize and maintain a structured library of templates and digital assets.
Video Editing (Optional):
  • Perform basic video editing such as trimming, adding text overlays, transitions, and background music.
  • Enhance videos for social media, training materials, and promotional content.
  • Format videos for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality video content.
Project & Workflow Management:
  • Manage multiple design and video requests simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content meets expectations and deadlines.
  • Follow detailed instructions and provide quick turnarounds without compromising quality.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva with experience editing and modifying templates is required.

Familiarity with basic video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is necessary.

Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 150 Mbps download/upload is essential.
