Job Overview

This role involves the development of new products through formulation and selection of raw materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing hands-on product development, conducting quality control and analytical techniques, and collaborating with the sales team to provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in managing day-to-day operational expenses to optimize resource utilization
  • Analyze and propose innovative product concepts by integrating raw materials into existing products
  • Perform chemical and physical parameter tests to ensure the stability and ability of formulated products
  • Source raw materials for product development and maintain their storage data
  • Communicate effectively with the reporting manager on project progress, results, and analysis that drive product solutions
  • Visit trade shows and exhibitions to identify new opportunities, products, or ingredients
  • Provide technical training to the sales team to enhance their technical capabilities and product knowledge
  • Manage test reports, technical literature, equipment calibration, raw materials databases, and project status files
  • Assist the sales team in demonstrating product applications to customers through trials at customer locations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product feedback and documentation support
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of industry and products
  • Demonstrate knowledge of scientific, chemical, and laboratory methods
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education Requirements

A diploma in Applied Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field is required
