Fire Alarm System Professional

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm System Professional to effectively oversee our Service Department. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensure seamless communication with customers, schedule service calls, and coordinate technicians.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming service calls efficiently.
  • Address off-hours answering service inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians as needed.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone, addressing concerns and service needs.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding their service requirements.
  • Determine the most appropriate course of action for fire alarm system issues remotely.
  • Decide whether to dispatch a technician or offer guidance on troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills:
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to diagnose fire alarm issues over the phone and recommend the best solution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills are essential for effective customer interactions.
