We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager to join our team in the US. This role involves supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to drive strategic decisions and resource allocation.

The successful candidate will lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. They will build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, ROI modeling, and scenario analysis. Analyzing financial performance and variances, they will provide recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.

This individual will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to align financial planning with business strategy. They will manage commissions processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis in collaboration with Sales. Partnering with IT, they will implement automation and enhanced financial reporting using NetSuite, Power BI, and dashboards.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders. The FP&A Manager will also support month-end close activities to ensure alignment of actuals with budget and forecast. Leading process improvement initiatives within finance, this individual will drive efficiency, automation, and scalability.

Key Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role
  • Experienced in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI)
  • CPA or MBA certification is a plus
