Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Administrator to join our team at Amped HQ. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and a passion for process and communication excellence.

The Client Success Administrator will provide essential support to our Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the seamless delivery of client projects. This includes maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Client Success Managers to align on project goals, timelines and task prioritisation
  • Serving as a liaison between internal teams and client-facing teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Wrike, Teamwork or similar project management tools
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning and burn down charts
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts
