Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Professional to manage our residential and commercial properties. This role demands exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of property management and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Manage rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and generate detailed financial reports.
  • Market vacant units, screen tenants, and negotiate lease agreements.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for properties.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in property management software.
  • Knowledge of property leasing, tenant relations, and accounting principles.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
