About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. This includes helping Business Development Managers to set and achieve Sales Targets for each account.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Help Business Development Managers to set and achieve Sales Targets for each account.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely feedback from each account.
  • Manage and report existing or potential conflicts.
  • Monitor account performance in terms of applications/loans/insurance x-sell/customer default.
  • Provide regular training to Merchant Sales Associates.
  • Request/Deliver marketing support materials to required POS.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as an Account Officer or in a similar role in Sales.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
  • Experience in Financial Services Sales is not required but will be a plus.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Must have a motorcycle and be ready to travel 3-4 days a week for field work.
  • Attention to detail, goal-oriented.
  • Must live in the area or be able to relocate to perform field work in the designated area.
  • Preferably male.
