  • Manage the flow rate of accounts under assigned portfolio through efficient and effective collection follow-ups.
  • Evaluate and assist cardholders and loan borrowers in resolving service issues that result in non-payment of accounts.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with collection or customer service experience in a credit card or financial services company for at least 2 years.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must be computer literate, with knowledge in MS Office.
