  • Design and Implement Training Programs
    • Collaborate with HR and management teams to assess organizational needs and develop training programs.
    • Execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Provide Coaching and Support
    • Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to employees to support their career development goals and address performance issues.
  • Conduct Assessments and Surveys
    • Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the workplace environment.
    • Analyze survey data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development Management (HRDM), Psychology, or any other related field.
  • Work Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, especially in learning and development, people engagement, organizational development, etc.
  • Certifications
    • Possession of certification in Human Resources, such as Certified Human Resources Associate (CHRA), Certified Human Resources - Professional (CHRP), and/or PRC license as Registered Psychometrician.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs and other HR Tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effectiveness and efficiency in Human Resources processes, practices, and standards.
    • Highly organized and knowledgeable in Human Resources.
    • Maintain and holds information with confidentiality and privacy.
    • Ability to make decisions, identify problems, and organize work while coordinating with colleagues and subordinates.
