Key Responsibilities

This role requires a professional with technical expertise in establishing connections between clients and our organization. You will be responsible for executing routine and complex tasks, ensuring data delivery is accurate, timely, and meets client expectations.

Key Tasks:
  • Gather and validate required data from clients to establish network connections and support lifecycle changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement network and authentication configurations
  • Perform data delivery configurations adhering to established procedures
  • Navigate internal stakeholders to resolve client queries with minimal supervision
  • Manage client expectations according to defined turnaround times
  • Monitor and track client queries using case management tools, adhering to Salesforce requirements
  • Support client queries via email and phone
  • Assist in dedicated line migration efforts across different protocols and business lines
  • Troubleshoot internal alerts and resolve issues accordingly
  • Document work performed using the Knowledge Centered Service methodology

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing support over weekends and public holidays as required, assisting managers in building training materials and conducting training sessions, and supporting more junior team members in resolving client issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 4 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, identify process risks, and 'red flags'.
