Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team and support the technical needs of customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complex customer issues by researching and escalating problems as needed.
  • Work to resolve issues related to Canonical's portfolio of products with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that each support case is handled according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the highest possible customer satisfaction by setting the right expectations and fulfilling commitments.
  • Engage directly with customers and work collaboratively to resolve their issues via phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions.
  • Contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.
