Cloud Architecture Specialist

Job Description

This is a specialist role responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The key objective of this role is to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure by leveraging Infrastructure as Code, DevOps automation, and robust authentication and access controls.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based applications and enterprise-scale system deployment models. He/She must have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Storage, IAM, Load Balancing), Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, automation, versioning, and integration within CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab for source control, CI/CD automation, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in technology environments with enterprise scale infrastructure support
  • Deep understanding of application architecture, deployment, and operational models
  • Expert in Terraform, GitLab, and VPN server management
  • Skilled in authentication and access control (OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, RBAC, identity federation)
  • Well-versed in IAM policies, compliance frameworks, and infrastructure security
