As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for executing in-store merchandising strategies, managing inventory levels, building relationships with clients, gathering market intelligence, and providing sales support.
About the Role
- In-store Execution & Merchandising: You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and presented in a way that meets our high standards.
- Stock Management & Inventory Control: Accurately tracking and managing stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients, including retailers and distributors, to drive business growth.
- Market Intelligence: Gathering insights from the market to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales Support: Providing ongoing support to our sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG or retail
- Sales experience in the FMCG industry, particularly with Modern Trade Accounts
- Strong knowledge of in-store execution practices
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and reporting tools
- Ability to drive a motorcycle (manual & automatic)
- Willingness to be assigned in Metro Manila
