Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with customers via various communication channels to resolve routine problems and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools, and demonstrate empathy to effectively resolve issues.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, maintain a professional demeanor, and maximize opportunities to build rapport.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services, prepare accurate work, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Requirements:
  • Courteous and strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, flexibility, and adaptability.
