Join us as a Logistics Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive operational efficiency.

This role requires you to manage customer shipments from start to finish, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, handling exceptions, and refining customer operational requirements through standard operating procedures (SOP).

You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to resolve customer escalations, leveraging your industry expertise to provide solutions. Additionally, you will focus on data metrics, ensuring they meet customer expectations, and collaborate with operations partners and stakeholders to achieve successful shipment lifecycles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to react quickly while maintaining focus and attention to detail

As a key member of the operations team, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement new processes when required.
