Logistics Coordinator Job Opportunity

This role involves managing logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, both locally and internationally.

  • Shipment Tracking: Responsible for tracking and managing shipment levels across multiple locations to guarantee timely arrival and departure.
  • Customs Documentation Coordination: Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Shipment Coordination: Oversee daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Carrier Management: Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, both locally and internationally.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices).
  • Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks.
  • Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems.
  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program.
  • Licensed customs broker.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Client management experience is a plus.
