Insurance Operations Coordinator

Salary:
The compensation package for this role includes a salary of up to 25,000 PHP per month, along with complete benefits. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive remuneration package.
Job Description:
This role requires an individual with excellent customer service skills and experience in administrative support roles. The successful candidate will provide support to clients during their availment process, respond to concerns and inquiries, and assess coverage or non-coverage availments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience;
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service and/or administrative roles, preferably in the insurance industry;
- Background or experience in an insurance company or an outsourcing company doing life and/or health insurance operations is an advantage;
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Willingness to report on site and/or assigned location, daily;
- Open to work in different shifts as defined by Client requirement (APAC, EMEA, North America).
