Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at HireArchi. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide comprehensive support to our CEO and Founder, ensuring the seamless operation of executive functions and contributing strategically to the company's growth.



Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's email correspondence, prioritize messages, and maintain an organized calendar to optimize time management across multiple customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

• Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for virtual meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

• Assist in the maintenance and hygiene of project management tools, ensuring tasks are up-to-date, progressing through the workflow, and checking in with collaborators.

• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Monitor various platforms to ensure responses are monitored and things do not fall through the cracks.

• Provide analytical support on various projects and initiatives, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives is required. You should possess exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
