At Vertical Space Interiors, Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional results in the fit-out construction industry. We are seeking a skilled Trade Contractor Liaison Officer to join our team, responsible for coordinating trade contractor activities on our construction sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate approved shop drawings and assess actual site conditions to prepare Combined Services Drawings for trade contractors.
  • Work closely with trade contractors to ensure their requirements are met and resolved promptly.
  • Inform the Project Manager or Project In-charge of possible delays or changes in schedule due to trade contractor issues.
  • Provide updated instructions to trade contractors after design variations are approved by the Client.
  • Ensure all trade contractor works are coordinated, inspected, and signed-off prior to closing wall and ceiling works.
  • Monitor adherence to work instructions and report findings to the Project Manager or Project In-charge.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an MEPFS Coordinator in fit-out construction is required, with a specialization in high-end commercial and/or hospitality establishments.
