Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions.

  • This position is responsible for managing deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies and other miscellaneous transactions with high accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions efficiently and accurately in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Course graduates, experience not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software relevant to the role.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
