Job Summary:

The role of Interior Millwork Drafter is critical in bringing architectural and interior design specifications to life.

  • Develop detailed millwork and furniture shop drawings that accurately reflect design intent.
  • Create precise takeoffs and material lists to support project estimation.
  • Generate high-quality 3D renderings to visualize design concepts and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration with project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings are fabrication-ready with correct dimensions, joinery details, and material specifications.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in millwork drafting, furniture detailing, or interior architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Mozaik (or similar millwork software).
  • Strong understanding of joinery, materials, and furniture construction methods.
  • Experience in rendering software for design visualization.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed millwork shop drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings.
