Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished interior designer to join our team as a Lead Interior Designer & 3D Visualisation Specialist. This role will focus on transforming residential spaces into extraordinary environments that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative design concepts for luxury homes, including full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds.
  • Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray.
  • Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate directly with the Director and site team to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Attend occasional client meetings and site visits (virtually or in person) to showcase designs and gather feedback.
Requirements
  • Possess a proven background in interior design with a strong 3D visualization portfolio.
  • Mastery of SketchUp is essential, with proficiency in V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape also highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate expertise in luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow.
  • Show exceptional project ownership, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign is required.
  • Able to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
