Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing and maintaining interior design libraries, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in furniture, materials, and accessories.

  • Manage and maintain interior design libraries with precision and care.
  • Conduct thorough research on new collections and stay informed about the latest trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to select and coordinate FF&E schedules, sample material boards, and other essential documents.
  • Establish a network of reliable vendors and suppliers that meet our high standards.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of accredited vendors aligned with our procurement team's requirements.
  • Work together with the design team to prepare conceptual design schemes that exceed client expectations.
  • Create detailed proposals for all design projects, including material and furniture options.
  • Support the team in preparing architectural and interior design plans, from schematic design to construction plans and shop drawings.
  • Select furniture, materials, décor, and finishes while adhering to project constraints.
  • Assist in preparing drawing specifications and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in client presentations and deliver professional results.
