Job Overview

As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead the development and modernization of applications and solutions. This role involves both high-level design and coding responsibilities, as well as mentoring and managing a small team of software developers.

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Implement scalable cloud-native applications in Azure, focusing on microservices and modern service design.
  • Oversee and contribute to the re-architecture of existing monolithic applications into modular distributed services.
  • Design and implement reusable web parts for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams using React and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a small team of software developers.
  2. Coordinate task assignments and ensure development standards are met.
  3. Implement scalable cloud-native applications in Azure.
  4. Oversee and contribute to the re-architecture of existing monolithic applications.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
  • Deep understanding of .NET Framework 4.5/4.8, .NET 6, and .NET 8.
  • Proven experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices and designing cloud-native architectures.
  • Solid experience building SPFx solutions using TypeScript and React.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring developers.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
