Job Overview

A highly skilled Lead Software Engineer is required to contribute to a significant technology transformation and be at the forefront of building cloud-native web platforms with full-stack expertise in C#.NET and Angular.

As a key member of our development team, you will lead-level development of the new technological stack and frameworks to be used across the product for migration into a new 3-tier architecture and Web.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with business experts in a self-organized scrum team.
  • Design and implement new technological frameworks, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are considered.
  • Deploy, maintain, and support solutions, collaborating with the PO and EM to create and refine testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Mentor, coach, and help colleagues secure the team's commitments, quality, and product architecture.
Requirements

This role requires several years of software development experience, focusing on web applications, with extensive expertise in both C#.NET and Angular.

Deep understanding of modern web technologies, including RxJS, NgRx, and CSS, along with experience with cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure.

Demonstrated skills in providing leadership and guidance to others, an in-depth understanding of software architecture patterns and methodologies.

Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal English.

Desirable Skills

Experience with framework development, knowledge of multithreading and Rx.Net, background in financial software development, and previous experience in leading technical initiatives.

Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools, experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
