Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare professionals in administering treatments and monitoring patients' vital signs
  • Provide critical assistance to patients as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Gather and record patients' medical history, including vital signs and any relevant medical information
  • Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injections
  • Document patient data through accurate charting
  • Monitor inventory and ensure availability of related medical supplies
  • Submit regular reports on patient census and other key metrics

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification
  • At least 6 months clinical experience or on-the-job training in providing nursing care and support to patients
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service skills
