  • Create, update, and document SOPs to ensure smooth and repeatable operations.
  • Provide daily reporting to keep the CEO informed and aligned on project status.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward without hand-holding.
  • Maintain a flexible, always-on mindset not restricted to a strict schedule.
  • Bring a positive, go-getter attitude and foster collaboration across the team.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Go High-Level (GHL)—well-versed in automations, troubleshooting, and approvals.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once and drive them to completion.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented—no micromanagement needed.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to hold team members accountable.
