The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable systems that efficiently move and reconcile funds across regions, channels, and asset types. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, the ideal candidate will have experience working with backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure that power real-world applications.



Core Responsibilities
  • Design and operate business-critical systems with reliability and scalability in mind.
  • Develop and maintain observability into every layer to drive long-term reliability improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with fintech, tech, and compliance trends to evolve our systems accordingly.


Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:


  • At least 6 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and operating critical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on correctness, edge cases, and failure modes.
  • Experience working with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL, as well as ORMs like TypeORM or similar tools.
  • Excellent technical judgment, balancing depth with product understanding, and making informed decisions when faced with trade-offs.
  • Collaborative mindset, valuing peer review and code quality while communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to learn new domains, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and thrive in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications
