We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to spearhead our new project initiative. As a key member of our team, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving coordination and management of tutors. This includes planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage tutoring sessions
  • Plan and analyze program efficacy to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Streamline communication with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of operation, including people, financial, and academic standards
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
Requirements:
  • Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with experience working in a virtual operations environment. A bachelor's degree is required, and 2-3 years of progressive career growth in a similar role are essential.
