**Job Description**
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on inside sales, working with existing customers who are flagged for growth, as well as net new sales, developing new client relationships that meet our ideal customer profile.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inside Sales:
- Identify and engage with 2-10 existing customers each week for potential upselling and loyalty programs.
- Develop and execute communication plans to position our silver/micro reseller program.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Research and target new businesses that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Utilize omni-channel communication and heavy outbound phone/calling efforts to prospect new leads.
- Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and trends.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B customer-facing roles or sales experience with US and/or Western country businesses.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses with tight timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product benefits and persuade clients.
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and identifying customer needs.
- A strong customer-centric approach to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and trends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
