Job Role: Phone Researcher

We are seeking an experienced Phone Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls and gathering data on service providers through phone and online inquiries.

About the Job:
  • The Phone Researcher will perform outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to campaign targets
  • Gather predetermined data about service provider offerings
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers in a professional manner
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity
  • Share findings with stakeholders through comprehensive reports
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling voice accounts for US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls to US lenders/banks
  • Ability to read lender materials (rate sheets, fee schedules, Loan Estimates) and capture data with zero-defect accuracy
  • Clear, neutral spoken English; strong note-taking; high attention to detail
