Job Title

The Senior Accounting Leader will oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

This role will ensure the integrity of financial reports, compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of insightful financial analyses to support executive decision-making.

  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives.
  • Oversee performance reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Prepare, review, and present management reports, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Lead a finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in performance reporting and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
