About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing real-time communication with high-value clients via various channels, resolving issues promptly and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Handle sensitive feedback and high-priority interactions with empathy and professionalism
  • Resolve service issues directly when possible; escalate critical concerns with full context
  • Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining brand voice
  • Document all client interactions in internal systems
  • Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly
  • Uphold a 10-minute maximum response time during working hours
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with SOPs and client strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email)
  • Experience handling high-profile or VIP clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with flexible shifts and rotating rest days
  • Tech-savvy familiar with software tools

Work Schedule:

Flexible shifts | Rotating rest days (no weekends off)
