Job Overview

A high-performing DevOps Engineer is needed to build, automate, and maintain our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps, on-premises private cloud CI/CD, and experience with Microsoft stack tools.

This role requires hands-on knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and experience with Tanzu and/or Rancher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement reliable, scalable, and efficient CI/CD pipelines for cloud (Azure) and on-prem private cloud environments.
  • Optimize infrastructure using Microsoft stack tools.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.
  • Support and manage container orchestration with Tanzu and/or Rancher.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and proactive monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve workflows.
  • Implement and enforce best practices in infrastructure, security, and automation.
  • Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of on-premises private cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
  • Experience working with Tanzu and/or Rancher.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft stack tools (Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
