Property Management Role

This is a critical position within the organization, requiring an individual who can effectively manage and maintain accurate property information.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate property records.
  • They will also manage tenant communications, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Additionally, they will prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using cloud-based tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management is essential.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based productivity suites, such as Google Workspace, is also required.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working remotely is highly desirable.
  • A comfort level with time tracking software is also preferred.
