Job Summary

An experienced Acquisitions Analyst is sought after to support the acquisition and finance teams with various tasks such as financial analysis, market research, due diligence, investment presentations, and pipeline management.

  • Perform thorough financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Review offering memoranda and seller-provided materials including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to assess the financial health of properties.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis for investment decision support to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop high-quality presentation decks to effectively communicate investment opportunities and strategies.
  • Assist in property-level due diligence including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordination with third parties to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Perform market-level due diligence including sale and lease comparables and investment trends to inform investment decisions.
  • Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline to ensure timely and efficient deal flow.
  • Provide administrative support to the acquisition and finance teams to enable them to focus on core responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting preferred.
  • MBA degree a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions required.
  • Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions a plus.
  • Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities essential.
  • Experience with quantitative evaluation and analysis including ROI, cash flow, NOI necessary.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills essential.
  • Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
  • Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for commercial real estate and professional growth.
