Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive our client's marketing initiatives and support our growth objectives.

About the Role
  • This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
  2. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  3. Social Media Management: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms, create and curate engaging content, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  4. Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions, segment and manage email lists, analyse campaign performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  5. Website Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals, work with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimised for SEO, regularly update website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  6. SEO Strategy: Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings, conduct keyword research, optimise website content for SEO, monitor and analyse SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  7. Project Management: Lead and manage various marketing projects from conception to execution with team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, track project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations, continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies based on data and feedback.
