As a seasoned travel professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients' travel needs, ensuring seamless and satisfactory experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Fulfill travel booking requests by aligning details with client preferences and company policies using advanced knowledge of travel management technology tools.
  • Address complex travel issues promptly, applying understanding of client needs and selecting the most suitable solution in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations through exceptional customer service skills.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure travel arrangements meet client requirements, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to service delivery.
  • Stay updated on current industry practices, regulations, product definitions, and operating procedures to deliver unparalleled service.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2 years of GDS experience.
  • Proficiency in using travel management technology tools, particularly for transportation and accommodation reservations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external client relationships, identifying and anticipating client needs to drive outcomes.
  • Experience in resolving travel-related issues, focusing on quick and efficient solutions.
  • Proven analytical thinker, breaking down complex travel requirements into manageable tasks.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, committed to surpassing quality and quantity expectations in service delivery.
