Job Description:

The role of a Support Specialist involves providing high-level administrative support to clients by focusing on back-office operations and serving as the primary point of contact for client needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • CRM & Database Management: Manage and update CRM systems and other databases to ensure accurate donation records, contact information, and community data.
  • Website & Event Tools Maintenance: Update websites with event details, registration links, calendars, and graphics.
  • Communications Support: Assist with drafting and distributing weekly community emails or announcements.
  • Proactive Project Coordination: Anticipate scheduled events and community needs by setting reminders and coordinating publishing timelines.
