The successful Bid Manager Sr. will be responsible for coordinating proposal input from various stakeholders, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting in winning bids for SBU.

  • Coordinate proposal input from sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and project delivery.
  • Support in winning bids for SBU by participating in end-to-end bid management of medium-large deals.
  • Develop reusable assets such as proposal templates, pricing models, and approaches to reduce cycle time and effort.
  • Lead proposals as the proposal coordinator working with Center of Excellences (COEs), SAP Practice Heads, Solution Architects, and SMEs for solutioning.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Business, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • 9+ years of experience in a similar field.
  • Experience in Proposal/Bid Management and RFx processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to conceptualize and think creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Time management, planning, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
