ESG Sustainability Specialist
Role Overview

As an ESG Sustainability Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing assurance on non-financial performance data and planning/executing sustainability and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) services for our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality ESG assurance services, focusing on sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions inventories, and climate-related financial risk disclosures.
  • Developing and executing customized ESG strategies for current clients, driving long-term value creation through sustainable practices.
  • Supporting business development initiatives by assisting senior partners in prospecting new clients and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability Management, or related field.
  • Possess a post-graduate degree in sustainability-related fields; this is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience delivering ESG program services, such as carbon/greenhouse gas emission review and assessment, climate risk assessment, and sustainability reporting.
  • Familiarity with prominent ESG disclosure platforms and frameworks, including GRESB, CDP, GRI, SASB, DJSI, and TCFD.
  • Exceptional time management and client communication skills, ensuring seamless project execution and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
