Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in testing and validating integrations, features, and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and validate integrations between applications.
  • Review requirements for testability and clarity.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements.
  • Test and validate BI reports and dashboards for data accuracy, visualization, and usability.
  • Document and track bugs, issues, and test results.
  • Collaborate with developers and Technical Solutions Architects to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Contribute to QA automation initiatives as skills develop.
  • Assist in maintaining QA process documentation and knowledge base.
  • Participate in regular project meetings, providing QA updates and insights.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles. Experience with automated testing tools and Agile project management methodologies is highly desirable.

Continuously learning and applying new QA best practices, integration skills, and reporting validation techniques is essential for this role.
