Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, handling their website-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

You will be responsible for assisting our clients through the website production process, acting as a liaison between them and our production team, ensuring that projects remain within scope, and reporting progress to clients on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities include designing homepage, inner pages, and custom requests in collaboration with clients, creating project status reports, delivering status updates, coordinating with our Los Angeles office by phone and email, and anticipating errors prior to clients calling customer support or sales.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Assist clients through the website production process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the production team.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope.
  • Report progress to clients on a regular basis.
  • Design homepage, inner pages, and custom requests.
  • Anticipate errors and prevent issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers in the U.S./North America.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Great analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with website content management and internet-related products is a strong plus.
