Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a vital role in helping us make informed business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budget Review: Prepare and process monthly budget reports for cost center managers to ensure accurate tracking of company expenses.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and consolidating annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts with cost center managers to drive business growth.
  • Budget Feedback: Consolidate feedback from cost center managers and respond to concerns as needed to maintain open communication.
  • Profit & Loss Forecast: Support near- and long-term P&L forecasting, preparing weekly and 12-month rolling cash forecasts, and analyzing economic implications of operational drivers.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures, assisting in preparing management reports to inform decision-making.
  • Cost Reduction: Aid in ongoing financial budget/forecast reviews and revisions focusing on cost reduction, recommending actions based on findings to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
  • Additional Requirements: Client-facing experience, knowledge of AI tools, and industry-specific software knowledge are desirable.
