Job Title: Principal Game Experience Creator
Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative game designer to lead the creation of engaging game experiences that captivate players. As a Principal Game Experience Creator, you will be responsible for collaborating with the design team to create new content across all projects within the studio.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative game design concepts that meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the level design team to create high-quality game levels.
  • Work closely with the design team to create new content across all projects.
  • Review and revise game levels with the level design team to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Analyze player data to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a game designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or F2P games.
  • Experience in Unity 3D is a must.
  • Experience in developing games across all platforms, including mobile, console, and PC.
  • Extensive understanding of F2P/casual game design principles.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exhibit strong management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of SCRUM or Agile development methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools, including JIRA, GreenHopper, Confluence, Excel, etc.
Work Environment:

Our team works from home but requires regular meetings in Pasig/Makati/BGC area when needed. Must be willing to accept face-to-face work when needed as well.

Our regular working hours are Monday-Friday, 9-6pm.
